The problem
Humanitarian convoy operators on the UK–Poland–Ukraine corridor depend on border knowledge that is unrecorded and passed on by word of mouth. One validation call with a convoy organiser killed the original concept and surfaced this as the real problem.
What it does
AidRoute Debrief captures post-trip debriefs from operators and turns them into a living, dated knowledge base.
How it works
- The model extracts; the rules engine decides. Convoy reports are merged by a deterministic rules engine, with the language model confined to extraction and narration.
- Every merged claim keeps who said it and when. If it can't be traced, it can't be relied on.
